Metro police have charged a 27-year-old man with criminal homicide after a nearly year-long investigation.  North precinct detectives charged convicted felon  Antwain Green for fatally shooting 19-year-old Jazma Jackson outside a home on Highland Trace Drive, near Whites Creek Pike in April 2009.  An 11-month investigation led officers to identify Green as the gunman. He is currently being held in the Metro jail on attempted criminal homicide and aggravated assault charges for an August 2009 shooting. Two people, including a staff member of the public defender's office, were injured in that shooting on University Court.
