Antonio Kelly

 Metro police have charged a man in a fatal shooting in Madison on Monday morning. Police  charged 27-year-old Gregory Dotson with criminal homicide in the shooting of  19-year-old Antonio Kelly inside Kelly's sister's apartment on Rio Vista Drive. Police said Kelly and his brother went to visit their sister at her apartment around 10 a.m. An argument broke out between Dotson and Kelly, and  that's when Dotson allegedly fired a semi-automatic rifle and hit Kelly in the stomach. Dotson fled the apartment with gun. He was later found on
Archwood Drive just a short distance away, still carrying the
rifle.
